Advisors

William Chestnut
Service Advisor
William came from the bodyshop world and also served as a first responder and firefighter before coming to Lowcountry Euro in 2024. He brings a wealth of real-world technical knowledge and first-class customer service to the team. He goes by "Chestnut" and works great in the customer-facing role because of his cool, collected nature.

Charles "Dylan" Heinsohn
Parts Manager/Service Advisor
Dylan started shortly after William in 2024 and initially came on board as our parts manager. He has since moved into the service advising role while still handling his parts manager duties. Dylan is great with customers, always going above and beyond to make sure parts are here on time and cars are completed when they should be. He also works hard to compare various vendors and manage relationships with our parts suppliers so we can get the best parts for the lowest prices.
Technicians

William "Decker" Ellis
Lead Technician
Decker cut his teeth at multiple other European performance shops before coming on board at Lowcountry Euro in early 2024. He grew up building cars with his father and continues that tradition to this day with his drag Super Beetle that he built from the ground up. Decker is our Porsche and BMW guru. His specialty resides with water-cooled Porsches and BMWs from the 2000s to the present. Our local Porsche scene has found Decker particularly helpful, and it is not a surprise to have multiple 996 and 997 generation 911s on the lot at any given time. From simple air filter changes to full IMS Bearing or engine replacements, Decker can handle it all with extreme attention to detail. Electrical repairs and diagnostics are also a specialty of his, as well as performance installations and power adders.

James Howley
Technician
After working for a local tire shop, James decided to elevate his career by joining us as an apprentice technician in 2024. He has since graduated to a full-line technician and performs repairs that would be difficult for most technicians his age. James has trained tirelessly to get to the skill level where he currently sits. His attention to detail is incredible, and he prefers Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, and Land Rover/Range Rover. James has been a strong member of the team and continues to build his repair repertoire with every repair!

Parker Smith
Technician
From the day that Parker pulled up to his first interview in a lifted diesel 1990s Mercedes sedan on mud tires we knew, he was going to be a good tech. Parker's vast knowledge and quick wit helps him narrow down diagnostic issues faster than most mechanics, coupled with his ability to quickly find information, makes for a great problem-solving technician. Parker has been with Lowcountry Euro for over 2 years and has grown as a technician as we have grown as a company. He is always willing to help others and goes the extra mile to make sure every car is serviced properly and fixed right the first time. Parker goes above and beyond to help out his fellow techs and never shy's away from lending a helping hand. His specialty is Mercedes, Land Rover/Range Rover and Audi/VW; although you will find nearly every type of make in Parker's work bay. He never backs away from a challenge!
